Primary Purposes; Function

Atlanta's number one growing Home Improvement Company is seeking Call Operator at our Southeast office. Customer service experience is a plus, as you will be interacting with clients , discussing our products and securing sales leads for our team. Call Center team will be setting sales appointments.

Hourly pay on quality leads collected or call center appointments set. Flexible work environment and hours. FAST growing company with lots of opportunity to grow.

Call Center Operator Specific Responsibilities of the Job:

Answer calls and respond to emails

Handle customer inquiries both phone and by email

Research required information using available resources

Provide customers with product and service information

Enter new customer information into system

Update existing customer information

Identify and escalate priority issues

Route calls to appropriate resource

Follow up customer calls where necessary

Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

Complete call logs
