Well established home service company looking for, positive customer service professional.
You must have experience with Field Edge, Desco, or ESC dispatching software.
You must be an organized, self starter, with great phone personality, be quick thinking, able to make decisions.
Duties include organizing daily work flow, dispatching multiple trucks to multiple addresses, appointment setting/confirming, data entry, other office duties.
Hours include evenings and Saturdays.
Criminal background check, drug screening, MVR required .
