Signing Services of America, a nationwide mortgage loan signing company located in the Cumberland Galleria (Atlanta, GA) area is seeking individuals to schedule and coordinate mortgage loan closings in a fast-paced work environment.
Job duties:
Data entry into a subscribed scheduling software
Assign, hire and manage all (closing agents) attorneys and notary publics
Communicate/coordinate with all closing agent's, client representatives and borrowers via email or telephone
Respond and resolve to any loan closing issue
Assist/support closing agents as needed
Maintain all logs
Follow up on all closings
Attend staff meetings
Education
High School graduate preferred. Some college ok, but not required.
Skills/Knowledge required
Knowledge of the Settlement Industry a plus
Experience with mortgage loan documents a plus
Organized, self-starter
Must be computer literate
Type 35 wpm
Advanced Microsoft Suite skills ie; Outlook, Word and Excel
Superior attention to detail
Bi-lingual encouraged to apply
Ability to establish and maintain deadlines
Punctual
Exceptional customer service
Strong telephone communication skills and etiquette
Have a "can do" attitude, be a team player
Critical thinking, follow up and multi-tasking skills
Paid job training will be provided to the selected candidates

5 day work week
