Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Service Coordinator. This position plays a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office, so Admin experience is a must. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Must have reliable transportation and live near Cumming.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule service calls
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Create and send out service invoices in our CRM software and QuickBooks
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using Microsoft office, especially Excel
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Experience scheduling appointments
- Recent experience in QuickBooks
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
