Photoshop-savvy customer service rep/order packer wanted!
Were a manufacturing company located in Tucker, GA. We customize products using images supplied by our clients. Prior to manufacturing, these images need to be processed in Photoshop. 90% percent of the images will be easy to prepare for fabrication. The other 10% will be challenging. Other than processing images, you'll also be packing orders. This is a relatively easy, straightforward process that will get you out of your chair for a few hours every day.
This is a full-time office job, and does not require a manufacturing background. Benefits for vested employees include, but are not limited to: annual bonus, worker's comp, and health insurance (50% employer-paid).
This job is well-suited for DETAIL ORIENTED individuals who can consistently and efficiently follow a set process while remaining alert to possible problems. Important: This job requires the ability to follow directions. Primary Role/Duties:
Evaluating user-submitted images for proper format, layout, and content.
Occasionally communicating with clients using using pre-formatted templates.
Preparing images for production on robotic equipment.
Sending updates to customers regarding production status.
Packing and shipping of finished orders.
Expectations:
Actively pursues product knowledge by asking questions and observing the production process.
Communicates with clients and coworkers honestly, eloquently, and professionally.
Maintains consistent attendance.
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm, M-F (40h/wk, at office)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $11.00 to $14.00 /hour
