We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Riverstock Apartments, a 172 unit apartment community in Woodstock, GA.
Position Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor would be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property as well as leading the maintenance staff.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for apartment turns
General appearance and maintenance of the property
Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium Qualifications:
2years of previous maintenance experience
Basic painting, electrical, and/or plumbing experience
HVAC experience
EPA experience
CPO Certified
Boilers Experience
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Ability to work on-call
Must provide your own tools
Valid driver’s license and insurance
