About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Field Service Technician with at least three (3) years of hands-on experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electronics, IP phones, security cameras, and household or commercial appliances. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a technical service team.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and repair a variety of electronic devices and systems, including IP phones, security cameras, and connected appliances.
Troubleshoot technical issues onsite and provide timely, effective solutions.
Perform preventative maintenance and quality checks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Accurately document all work performed and communicate status updates to customers and management.
Maintain a clean, professional work environment and uphold company standards during all service calls.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of field service or technical repair experience.
Strong knowledge of electronic systems, networking fundamentals, and basic electrical principles.
Experience with tools, diagnostic equipment, and testing instruments.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift and move equipment as required (up to 50 lbs).
Preferred:
Certifications in electronics, networking (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco), or related technical fields.
Experience with VoIP systems, CCTV setups, and smart home installations.
