Requisition Number: 215528 Cox Communications is looking for an Application Administrator whose primary responsibilities will be managing the unified endpoint management platform, enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform by installing, deploying, updating, and monitoring UEM and its usage. The position will report within the Digital Workplace services organization that manages, implements and maintains the end user computing infrastructure and enterprise mobility services. Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions: Manage, administer, and troubleshoot mobile devices/users using Microsoft Intune, the Enterprise Mobile Management tool being used as we transition off of other MDMs Work on the new implementation of Microsoft Modern desktop which includes managing devices on a Co-Management scenario with SCCM and Intune (Windows 10 and apple devices), implementation of a business store, migration from GPOs with ADMX to CSP settings and autopilot implementation. Support in the design, configuration, deployment and management of infrastructures and tools to support mobile applications development, produced for and by the DWS team to application teams, business partners and service providers in the delivery of mobile applications and solutions. Provide support for Enterprise Mobile Management to include but not limited to maintenance of the app store, policies, device testing and monitoring compliance. Act as the liaison to vendors and other teams and perform administrative tasks according to procedures Troubleshoot hardware and software problems with a variety of issues Unified (iOS / Android) , MDM, MAM, MobileIron Administration, Workspace one or Intune platforms, core administration work experience. An engineer who can work on the backend infrastructure in managing (Unified) above mentioned technologies, core platform administration or previous knowledge or work experience in migrating around 14000+ users from MobileIron, MDM platforms to Intune etc Evaluate next generation devices and help with standards by LOB or for enterprise. Perform telecom and carrier expense management across wireless and wireline

Qualifications: Minimum: - 8+ Years of experience with Support in the design and implementation of Intune / Azure mobile device management with SCCM and Office 365 / Exchange hybrid environments. - And experience in other mobile device management products like MobileIron, AirWatch,AWS, Maas 360, JamF, etc. Develop, deploy and manage mobile applications and mobile applications management policies with Azure including MAM - Team lead responsible for the resolution of complex issues, quality escalations, documentation and training other engineers in a team. - Subject matter expert for Apple iOS APN certificates as well as the Apple/Android device enrollment program, Configuration manger and the implementation with cloud services. Proficient in on-premise to cloud as well as cloud to on-premise migrations - Communicate with high priority enterprise business regarding the status of support incidents in critical situations - Administer and configure mobile devices for enterprise users and BYOD. - Working knowledge of powershell, Exchange Active Sync, SCEP and NDES certificates, and some power BI etc. - Basic knowledge of networking and security infrastructure concepts such as EAS,TCP/IP and other protocols DNS, DHCP and routing etc. - Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Preferred: - Microsoft Intune -Creating Security Policy, Device Compliance, Troubleshooting Modern Device Management (MDM)Issues, Mobile Device Security Policy management, Conditional Access Policies management - Working knowledge of Carrier Service provisioning. - Travel - 10% (maximum) expected.
