- Conduct workshop, gather requirement, create functional and technical design
- Change management, documentation & project lifecycle support (design, development, testing, deployment, hypercare and handover)
- Analysis, review and remediation of Risks and SODs in SAP ECC system
- Action usage analysis and associated access adjustments
- Review existing role and user change management process and recommend improvements
- User access adjustments based on specific SODs and risks reviews performed
- Review of existing UAR process & mitigation control process and proposal for future state
- Automation proposals for user/role change management process, SOD & risk monitoring and user access review
- Must have 6+ years of experience in SAP Security and MUST have HR Security experience
- Responsible for delivery of SAP risk and SOD remediation project
- Detailed project planning, coordination, execution & control
- Preparation of project schedule, monitoring and reporting schedule variance
- Communication and status reporting to customer and stake holders
- Evaluation of overall project deliverable to ensure quality and governance
- Manage clients and stake holders
