EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
Property & Casualty and/or Life and Health license is desirable (Will need to attain)
Insurance sales experience is desirable
Knowledge of personal lines insurance products desirable

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet sales/marketing goals set by the agent
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products
Manage and close leads
Drive sales through prospecting
Perform other related duties as assigned by the agent
Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
