Our client is looking SAP PP/QM Consultant for long term project in Atlanta, GA. Below is the detail requirement. Role: SAP PP/QM Consultant Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: Long Term Teaming with business users/leaders and in-house SAP technical team to understand the business requirement and participate in the design of a solution (selecting elements from the existing Global Design Model) suitable for te efficient operation of the scope of businesses/operations. Managing the data mapping/preparation, score-carding, validating for the data elements within the function. Data FIL manages the overall data plan and schedules specific activities and i/f with teach data team. Support end users/leaders with detailed process discovery and 'to-be' mapping. Drive process testing (UAT) to demonstrate thet processes and data are fit for purpose Support change management activities Ensuring that any functional gaps (enhancements/config) are defined and being executed by the tech team, security roles are correctly assigned, any infrastructure (Printers, Scanners etc.,) are being progressed, and form changes being completed etc., Should be able to handle Production Planning and Quality Management modules Should have good understanding of standard SAP PP/QM process Should have proper understating of MRP Should have good understanding configuration around PP and QM Integration Point between production planning and other modules like sales and finance Goods movement across the shop floor. Good Communication and Leadership skill Willingess to travel on short term Production Planning Sales and Operations Planning, Forecasting and Flexible Planning Characteristics Planning Material Requirement Planning MRP Area Capacity Planning, Production Planning and Product cost planning Demand Management Master Recipe Production Version Process Messages Monitoring PP-QM Integration PP-MM Integration Quality Management QM in Production / Procurement / Sales Quality Planning Inspection Plans, Material Specification, Inspection Lot, Sampling scheme Link of Class characteristics with Inspection characteristics, Transferring result recording value to the class characteristics value The scope of Manufacturing includes: o Operations Management o Lean Manufacturing o MRP o Inventory Management o Planning and Forecasting o Kanban o Pull Systems o Variant Configurator o Process Improvement Methodology o Associated Data and Reporting Work with business process owners and Leadership to develop new organizational roles to fulfill the "To-Be" business processes Work with CP/S functional team to fully understand the global template for Manufacturing in SAP and provide SBU input to the evolution of the global template Capture, assess and prioritize key business requirement gaps from all sites that are part of a deployment project.
