- Interact with development team and process team in resolving issues that need expert level knowledge
- Manage SAP Incident Queue. Assign support tickets to other support team members based on expertise and knowledge level
- Work on Solution Manager for ticketing and Change Management process.
- Plan and deliver client-facing workshops when required
- Minimum 8 years' experience in SAP SD
- Minimum of 2 years of SAP SD implementation & roll out projects.
- Functional configuration and implementation experience of complete Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Logistics Execution (LE) modules
- Logistics interface experience with 3rd party warehouse and other customer owned systems
- Experience with EDI and IDoc functionality
- Experience debugging ABAP code
- Experience with service operations
- Experience integrating SD with MM, LE, and FI/CO modules
- Knowledge in service parts logistics of auto industry
- SAP S4 HANA experience
