TECHNICAL ANALYST II
Job Summary:The Technical Analyst will be responsible for helping clients, third parties and partners with product team to onboard new client into our existing application. Works with clients to understand their requirements, configure as per their needs and support the implementation. Also works with Product Owners, Product Managers and software development teams to gain expertise on and document client configuration required for each client.Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:- Engage and interact with business stakeholders to understand and document use cases.
- Describe and document a set of repeatable processes for any new client onboarding.
- Assist in building test plans and generating test data for customer UAT.
- Combines all business requirements into a clear, managed, prioritized backlog .
- Creates use cases, user stories, functional specifications, diagrams and technical documentation as needed to articulate requirements.
- Conducts analysis that identifies current state business processes or system inadequacies and presents ideas for process and systems improvement that assist product teams in meeting customer needs.
- Requirements Gathering and Documentation – Assist business and product parnters by deep-diving into client and business requirements. Develop a thorough understanding of the current system capabilities. Use knowledge of system and requirements to guide clients implementations.Produce artifacts such as diagrams and user guides that will assist development team and customers.
- Research – Gather supporting data and examples to help business stakeholders understand capabilities at a data field level. Work with collegues across functions to understand and document how systems integrate to achieve business outcomes. Define data at field level detail to provide clarity to developers and QA.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years; or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
- Experience working directly with customers and/or external partners.
- Working experience in software development and/or testing in an enterprise web-based system
- Working experience creating use cases, user stories, business requirements specifications, functional specifications, process flow diagrams.
