NICE Actimize is currently seeking a Fraud Software Engineer SME. Work with Financial Services clients to deliver solutions that prevent fraudulent activities. Position is open to anyone working out of the United States (Hoboken/Atlanta).

Fraud SME will be primarily responsible for the following:
  • Be the voice of PS for all Fraud Solutions
    • Engage with Product to help prioritize features on the roadmap (from PS perspective)
    • Increase Delivery Team knowledge and readiness for incoming features on the roadmap
    • Push for Product Enhancements that will help Delivery Team provide more value to our clients
  • Assist PS Sales and Delivery Teams with Estimates for Professional Services
  • Document and maintain Fraud Solution knowledge
    • Maintain Best Practices for Fraud Implementations
    • Publish lessons learnt from prior/ongoing Fraud Implementations
    • Assist in maintenance of Product-Solution compatibility matrix, Version History etc
  • Assist Delivery team and CS teams with SR / ER prioritization
  • Help identify and implement processes that will help improve efficiency of Fraud Implementations
  • Provide Fraud Domain Training to the Delivery Team
  • Provide ad-hoc support and advice for urgent issues across IFM implementations
  • Play a Tech Lead role in IFM projects
    • Determine technical feasibility by evaluating requirements and analysis as well as proposed solutions
    • Prepare and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards and programming
    • Enhance existing solutions to match client requirements by configuring and customizing Actimize software
    • Test and approve software solutions, configurations and customizations
    • Collaborate and adds value through participation in peer code reviews, providing comments and suggestions
    • Perform technical root cause analysis and outlines corrective action for given problems

Qualifications
  • In depth knowledge of Actimize: AIS, ActOne and IFM solution
  • Databases: MSQL and Oracle. Cassandra is a plus
  • Operating systems: Windows and Linux
  • Programming language: Java is a plus
  • Web Technologies: HTML, XML, XSL, Javascript
  • AWS and Docker/Kubernetes experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Pro-active and Team Oriented approach
  • BS degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Travel required 0 to 15%

Experience

5+ years of experience with a Software Company or in a consulting role
