Extremely rare FedEx (Fed Ex) Ground Team job with full Benefits. This is the first time we've had an opening for this job in your area in a long time, so move fast to apply before it's gone. (Most Fed Ex jobs are 1099 jobs with no benefits).
Most of our drivers average close to $1900 a week each, but you are Guaranteed Minimum weekly amount of $1550 for each driver, but you can obviously make much more than that.
(If you do the math at the lowest rate .68 CPM for 5500 miles that is $1870 per driver. At .75 x 5500 miles that is over $2000 a week per driver, so don't worry about the $1550 minimum that is just gravy.
Service Incentive-$500 (split) each month if they have 100% on time service and are available 24 days
$100 per driver per month if they live over 150 miles from your assigned DC and they commute back and forth in there personal vehicle.
MUST BE A FORMED TEAM! We will not be accepting any solo drivers without a partner. Must live within 100 mile radius of their team partner
This is a W-2 Position with full Benefits: (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K matching and paid vacation).
Great pay! Based on experience you can start at .68cpm/split or up to .75cpm/split (See Chart below)
6 -24 Months: 68 CPM Split.
2 - 4 Years: 70 CPM Split
4 - 6 Years: 72 CPM Split
6 Years +: 75 CPM Split
Average 5,500 miles per week
Home time is out 3 weeks but you can make some BIG BUCKS in those 3 weeks.
Must live within 100 mile radius of their team partner
Each driver must have Doubles Endorsement prior to orientation - Drivers can obtain endorsement at DMV( 10-12 question test.
(So if you don't have doubles right now, sprint down to DMV and take the test and get it added to your License ASAP, you don't need it on your License to apply so go ahead and apply now)
Drop and Hook loads, pull 2 x 28 pup trailers
Average salary 78k to 100k+

REQUIREMENTS: Class A CDL with at least 6 months Tractor Trailer Class A Experience in the last 3 years. Experience must be tractor trailer experience with trailers over 40 feet in length and a minimum of 3 states or more regional or OTR.
Fairly clean MVR and Background.
