Our staff has a great base salary, monthly production bonuses, incentive bonuses, and all-expense-paid trips from the insurance companies we work with. Our customer service staff have had all-expense-paid trips to Cuba, San Francisco, Central America, Florida, Mexico, Alaska, Cruises, Hawaii, and more!
All of the staff members have a really strong work ethic, and come to work with an intention to “do their part”. We want others who think like we do! We take great care of our customers and want to bring in others who will enthusiastically participate in giving the extra effort.
The insurance companies we represent are: Travelers, Allstate, Grange, Progressive, State Auto, Auto-Owners, Mercury, Southern Trust, Universal, American Strategic, Main Street, Foremost, and National General.
We will provide extensive training for this career position. However, evening and weekend study time is an absolute requirement for the first 8 weeks. Do not respond if you are not willing to do your part with this essential part of the training. We will pay for insurance licensing. We do not do any “cold calling”. We only call people who are already doing business with us.
