JOB DUTIES

Manage and grow a book of business (both quantity and quality)

Become a trusted adviser to your customer striving to write/service all of their personal insurance needs (Home, Autos, Recreational Vehicles, Rental properties, 2nd Homes, etc)

Periodically call your customers to see if any changes need to be made or if there are other ways you can help them

Consult/educate your customers on how to manage and reduce their risk of loss, and how to keep their costs down

JOB REQUIREMENTS

A work history that reflects loyal, long term employment with previous employers

Proven track record of cross-selling, up-selling or general selling

Must obtain proper licensing within 6 weeks of starting
