Robert Half Technology is looking for a remote Director of Professional Services for a Full time remote role
  • Must be located on the East Coast
  • Must have previous MSP experience

Requirements

MSP Experience is Required

• Demonstrated ability to lead the development of project strategy and deliver on project plans,

timelines, progress, and outcomes.

• Outstanding leadership skills including an innovative approach to problem solving and an

integrated view of the business.

• Understanding of Lean/Kanban principles and how to apply to business

Preferred

• Demonstrated business acumen and experience leading multi-functional activities with

accountability for portfolio, budgetary, and resource allocation.

• ITIL Foundations v.3 or higher certification.
