Description We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our client's team in Augusta, Georgia. The role involves overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Oversee the hiring process, which includes coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and carrying out background checks Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Utilize HR systems such as ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now to streamline HR processes Oversee employee benefit programs and ensure they are in line with industry standards Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities Manage and oversee the management of employee relations issues such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns Ensure all procedures comply with legal regulations and best practices Develop training and development programs to improve employee performance and satisfaction.Requirements Must possess at least 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is required Experience with Ceridian software is essential Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in HCM Needs to have knowledge of Benefit Functions within an HR context Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary Must have a good understanding of Compliance within an HR setting Experience in Employee Relations is required Must be proficient in Hiring Processes and best practices Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
