Collects blood specimens for testing, as ordered by physicians, following established procedures and standards.
Performs a variety of computer terminal operations, customer inquiry telephone services and receptionist duties.
Receives, processes and handles specimens according to established procedures.
The ideal candidate will have:
Completed a phlebotomy certification program
Extensive customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
