Position DescriptionThe Patient Ambassador - Environmental Services serves as the primary representative for the Environmental Services team at Augusta University Medical Center. This position is primarly responsbile for successfully completing all assigned patient interviews, new admission visits, and other duties to support the program as needed.Position RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED and 1 years or more of experience in patient experience or customer service. Additional years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of minimum education requirement.
