Position DescriptionFunctions as a part of a large and varied healthcare team consisting of physicians, nurses, allied health personnel, and members of the community. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care to a variety of diagnostic categories and supervising rehabilitation technicians, volunteers, and students. Caseloads may consist of adult and pediatric inpatients and outpatients. The person in this position will function as a generalists while developing a specialization in a clinical area of interest.Position RequirementsLicensure by the Georgia Board of Examiners in Speech Pathology, Masters Degree; Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through ASHA upon completion of the clinical fellowship year post graduation. Those with more than one year of experience will be required to possess this credential.
