The Opportunity
We are in need of a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Field Marketing Manager. This individual will be responsible for the overall operation of our local Field Marketing department.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Generating leads for our #1 rated product
Recruiting Field Marketers
Training Field Marketers on our systems and processes
Working various events such as fairs, festivals, tradeshows, home shows, etc.
Monitoring an annual budget
Weekly schedules and payroll
Assuring all office weekly, monthly and annual deliverables are accurate and completed on time
Performance monitoring and problem Solving
Additional responsibilities as needed
