As a Tree Consultant with Treadwell Tree Surgeons, you will play a key role in assisting homeowners in navigating the insurance process to secure coverage for necessary tree services. You'll work closely with clients, assess the condition of trees, especially those leaning or posing hazards post-hurricane, and provide clear and professional quotes for services. This position is ideal for someone with a strong knowledge of tree care, a passion for customer service, and the ability to communicate effectively about complex insurance and service details.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultations: Conduct on-site evaluations to assess storm-damaged trees, particularly those leaning or in dangerous proximity to structures.
Insurance Guidance: Educate homeowners on how to leverage their insurance policies for tree removal services, walking them through the claims process step-by-step.
Quotation and Sales: Provide accurate, detailed quotes for tree removal services, factoring in each tree's unique situation.
