Now hiring smiling faces! (Evans, GA)

Georgia, Augusta 00000 Augusta USA

Vacancy expired!

Automotive experience preferred, but not required. We can train any person with the right attitude. Seeking someone who loves interacting with customers but not afraid of getting dirty. You could wind up in the pit draining oil, changing filters, lubricating grease fittings, and checking differential fluid levels among other things.or on hoods checking oil levels, transmission fluid levels, filling the washer fluid, checking the power steering fluid, coolant recovery bottle, brake fluid, clutch fluid(where applicable)check the belt, the hoses, wiper blades, and tire tread depthdiscovering if said vehicle is due for any maintenance services (tire rotation and balance, belt replacement, wiper blades, fuel filter, fuel system cleaning, light bulbs, transmission fluid service, or air filters).you also might find bigger opportunities such as timing belts, tune ups, or safety concerns such as cv axles, oil leaks, antifreeze leaks, tires completely worn out, etcour goal is to give each customer the assurance their vehicle is well maintained, by providing the highest quality automotive products and services, delivered quickly and conveniently, by a friendly professional staff, in a superior environment, emphasizing integrity in every action. Both of our stores in this market have the absolute best online ratings of any similar business in the area. We are VERY OFTEN referred to being the "Chick-fil-a" of the automotive scene based on speed, organization, and customer service.

Prior automotive experience is absolutely helpful, but the reality is, we care more about attitude than anything. If you have a strong work ethic, great customer relations, eager to communicate what the customer needs performed on their car so they can make an honest decision with no pressure, then you might be for us. Charles Swindoll is quoted as saying -"The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. The only thing we can do is play the one string we have, and that is our attitude I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it."

This might seem a bit long, but if you're still with me, you might have a chanceI'd much rather write a very long ad and weed out the people who aren't a good fit than get 100 bad applicants. We are not looking for someone who doesn't know how to manager their down time(I don't want to have to tell you to find a broom or mop or windexit just needs to be handled) We also, ABOVE ALL ELSE, are not okay with poor attendanceyou're eligible for sick days after your probationary period is overbut stellar employees never use them, and after you bank 6, you get paid for the 7th and so on. Tardiness is just as importantI know some jobs it's not that big of a deal if you are a minute or two late, but we are seeking individuals who get there earlywe open at 8:00 am, but have a morning meeting every day at 7:45 am.so if you aim to be there at exactly 7:30 everyday, then you'll virtually never be late, because being late for my meeting is absolutely not acceptable.

SO, bottom line, we want a person who appears professional, speaks professional, has a strong work ethic-always looking for something to do, someone who's great with customers, who's great with fellow employees, and very comfortable making sales recommendations to customers. We want someone who at LEAST thinks they will be with us at least 2 years from now, it takes a good 2-3 months of training before you're really great at it.so if it's just some job you think you'll do for a few months, it's a complete waste of our time and yours. We pay well, but your real win is time.slow and steady, stay with the company, do a great job, make more and more money.

We offer medical, dental, vision, and life after 90 dayswe pay 50% of your coverage for yourself, you pay in for 6 months, then we switch to paying 75% for the next 6 months, then you pay nothing. Heck of a great deal for the individual. After probationary period is up, you get paid for holiday pay, 6 holidays.we also offer vacation time6 days the first year and one additional day every year there after up to 15 days.

If you think this job might be for you, WRITE ME BACK IN AN EMAIL explaining to me in at least three sentences why you think you would enjoy this job and why you think you would be a good contribution to this job.
