Job Description

The

• Serve as point person for the portfolio of industrial properties.
• Build and maintain a best-in-class level of service for the portfolio.
• Supervise the property management staff,as well as third party vendors.
• Mentor the employee teamand provide training, motivation and direction for superior performance.

• Resolve all day-to-day property management issues and maintain the properties.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Maintain personal contact with all tenants and property owners.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and governmental agency directives.
• Ensure adherence to the clients’/owners’ policies and procedures.
• Ensure all Stream best practices are implemented and followed.
• Manage financial performance of theportfolio.
• Prepare annual third party operating and capital budgets.
• Bid for vendor services as required.
• Adhere to Stream property management annual audit.
• Coordinate real estate tax review process for portfolio.
• Staff the portfolio.Regularly communicate employee performance expectations and achievement for all team members;Complete annual employee performance reviews.
• All other duties associated with the day-to-day operation of a commercial real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering Architecture, Planning or related field
• Real estate license (if required by State)
• CPM, RPA designation (or in progress)
• 4-5 years of commercial property management experience with supervisory responsibility; Management of industrial properties preferred
• MRI or Yardi experience
• Detail oriented, analytical and computer, literate
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
