- Manage day-to-day activities of the Configuration Management process including setting priorities and work assignments
- Facilitate CM audits as required
- Coordinate with the Critical Incident Management Team for issues related to the Configuration Management system
- Mentor the organization on Configuration Management system services, concepts, policies, and procedures
- Chair the Configuration Management Core and Extended Team meetings keeping Executive Sponsors and management informed of proceedings
- Coordinate with CM Core and Extended Team to ensure CMDB accuracy
- Monitor Discovery processes, detect issues and pursue remediation with respective teams as needed
- Experience implementing IT Asset Management in ServiceNow
- Provide expert guidance for IT Asset Management (Hardware and Software) Lifecycle processes
- Experience with IT Asset Management process and operational delivery
- Knowledgeable in Procurement processes and policies to interface with the Procurement Team
- Support integrations and processes with external systems used to load, normalize and maintain consistent data for ServiceNow CMDB and Asset Management
- Other ServiceNow support activities as directed by management
- Strong knowledge/skills in ITIL/ITSM, accounting and finance business practices
- Solid knowledge & experience in SNOW applications:
- Service Level Management
- Strong analytical skills
- Self-motivated, results oriented
- College degree with appropriate experience
- Experience in card payment processing or bank industry is an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken English
