About the Position
Full time position located in Brunswick/St. Simons Island. Periodic travel in the Northeast Florida area is required. We are looking for a construction project manager with commercial construction experience.
Waterproofing experience preferred.
Standards for this position:
Proficient Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills.
Construction related experience.
Work requirements for this position:
Construction project oversight
Contract administration
Meet with clients
Meet with contractors
Diagnostic testing of buildings (we train)
Work well with in a team environment
Exceptional communication, organizational and project management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong writing and editing skills, including the ability to evaluate and self-proof copy, with exceptional attention to detail. Advanced capability in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.),
Ability to work as an integrated and collaborative member of a team, while equally comfortable operating autonomously to achieve project outcomes as required.
Outstanding professionalism, flexibility, and willingness to work flexible hours as required. Makes sound and timely decisions in alignment with organizational goals.
A continuous learner, keen to advance in strategic thinking and professional decision making.
