This role involves leveraging CRM tools to manage customer data, tracking sales activities, and implementing sales strategies in alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of market dynamics, actively participate in training to enhance product knowledge, and collaborate with senior team members to address complex customer inquiries.Key Responsibilities
Achieve defined sales targets for both volume and revenue by identifying and capitalizing on customer opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
Assist senior sales team members in managing complex customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Participate in ongoing training programs to expand knowledge of products, services, and market trends.
Implement sales strategies as directed by management to drive business growth in assigned markets.
Monitor market dynamics, including competitor activity and customer needs, to identify new opportunities.
Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, maintain accurate customer records, and generate reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of products or services.
Provide timely follow-ups on leads, quotes, and proposals to support the sales pipeline.
Contribute to process improvements by sharing feedback on customer interactions and sales tools.
