Conducts inspections of the facility to determine cleanliness. Maintains formal documentation of findings in order to measure technician performances and customer satisfaction.Job Responsibilities & Performance Standards: Performs quality inspections throughout the facility to assist department manager in coordinating cleaning projects. Coordinates quality improvement projects with department manager. Responsible for customer satisfaction interviews Trains newly hired staff, including promoting safety, and makes every effort to create and maintain a safe and healthful environment. Observes job performance of Environmental Services staff Attends and actively participates in required meetings, classes, and in-services.
