DescriptionRobert Half HR Services is recruiting for an HR Generalist to work the 2nd shift (Noon-8 PM) for a client South of downtown. This is a great opportunity with dynamic organization that is known for its opportunities for career progression! The HR Generalist will support 350+ employees with a focus on HR policies and procedures, employee relations, performance management, staffing, workers compensation and safety. Previous experience handling multiple priorities in a fast paced environment is required. 3+ years of human resources generalist experience is required and Bachelors degree and HR certifications are preferred. Hours are Monday-Friday Noon until 8:00PM.
