The ideal candidate will have residential insurance restoration (construction, smoke, fire, water damage) estimating experience. This position will strive to maximize customer satisfaction, revenue, growth and profitability for the Columbus location through accurate estimating.

DUTIES
Assess and write an estimate for a fire or construction loss utilizing Xactimate Estimating software
Develop and maintain a business relationship with insurance adjusters
Serve as primary liaison between the customer and insurance carrier
Participate in on-call rotation
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have Xactimate experience.
Must be able to estimate value of a project and write an estimate using Xactimate.
Must have construction background
Good customer service skills
Must obtain a sense of urgency, problem solving and decision making
Must be familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office software and Xactimate.
Must possess excellent written and verbal skills
Working knowledge of basic office equipment
Must be able to learn and utilize our proprietary software; Chronicle and others as necessary
Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
