Maholick Innovative Dentistry is a locally owned, growing dental practice that has been serving our community for nearly 17 years. Chosen as 2018 Readers Choice Awards Favorite Dentist recipient, we strive to offer the best to our community and our team.
We are seeking a fun-loving, outgoing, motivated insurance coordinator to join our team full-time. We need someone that is familiar with dental terminology and coding, exhibits a great attention to detail, and goes above and beyond to maximize reimbursements for our patients and our practice.

Our office works a regular Mon-Thurs work week with occasional 1/2 Fridays.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Greets all team members and patients with a smile and positivity everyday.
2. Does whatever it takes to deliver a Patient Experience That Exceeds Expectations on every patient everyday.
3. Looks at the schedule to provide co-pay estimates for patients' upcoming procedures.
4. Understands basic and complex dental procedures and is willing to learn new procedures and associated codes.
5. Learns and understands the details of each insurance policy that we participate with.
6. Trains to continuously develop and broaden their scope of services.
7. Files Pre-Determinations on behalf of the patient
8. Receives and enters payments into the patient's ledger.
9. Looks for opportunities to increase reimbursement.
9. Assist in other areas of the office as needed.
Selected Applicants will be called for a phone interview and then, if further selected, brought in for an in office interview. The most qualified candidate(s) may be asked to perform a working interview for up to 60 days to evaluate their performance as well as compatibility with our teams culture.
