Looking for a full time or part time maintenance man for a hotel in Phenix City, Alabama.
Should be knowledgeable in repair and maintenance work required in a hotel.
Tasks include but not limited to:
Plumbing work: replacing faucets, toilets, shower knobs.
Electrical work: replacing switches or outlets, changing breakers, replacing wiring, changing PTAC units.
Misc work: Painting, moving items, maintaining parking lot.
Accommodation can be provided.
Pay will be discussed in person after showing scope of work.
