Selling Technician Job Description
The Liberty Roofing Professionals Selling Technician is a vital link on the Liberty Roofing Professionals Success Chain. Solving roofing problems for homeowners is the number one mission for Liberty Roofing Professionals. Your responsibility is to be able to solve those problems by diagnosing, developing the solution, selling the repair, and completing the work quickly (within the same day). Your daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
● Visiting homeowners that have scheduled a repair call (marketed repair candidate)
● Diagnosing the problem, developing the solution, selling the repair, and completing the repair
● Keeping a clean vehicle (washing daily)
● Adhering to the Liberty Roofing Professionals dress code
● Maintaining a minimum amount of materials on your vehicle to accomplish most repairs
● Canvassing neighborhoods to generate sales – All time not spent on your daily duties should be dedicated to generating more business
● All other duties assigned by the Operations Manager and/or Sales Manager
Compensation Plan
You will be compensated a guarantee of $500 for the first 2 weeks as long as you meet your must on the must board each week. It is our goal that top performers earn $100,000+ annually in this position. In addition to the $500 a week for the first 2 weeks, we have included a generous commission and bonus plan detailed below.
Compensation & Bonus Plan
Repair sale that you complete yourself 8% of the total net collected (minus finance fee)
Self-generated sale/ Appointment Both $200/$50
Homeowners Repair sale that requires partner crew involvement 5% of the total net collected (minus finance fee)
Per Job Managed as FM achieving target GP% of $200
Quarterly bonus of $1,000 / $500,000 sold (in addition to the monthly bonus)

Monthly Bonus for hitting $50,000 in sales is $200
Total Monthly Compensation potential is $6,464
