Looking for a highly motivated, skilled and productive individual to lease apartment homes. The individual must have an energetic and enthusiastic approach to delivering the highest level of professional service in representing the community and company.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents and prospects
Greet prospective residents, provide tours and oversee accuracy and completion of application
Answer phone, organize, maintain filing systems, etc.
Maintains prospect, traffic and leasing data
Secure lease agreements from qualified prospects
Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone and through email.
Preform lease processing and other administrative duties as needed.
Maintain knowledge of local market conditions.
Communicate with residents as needed, take work orders, handle scheduling and retain quality residents.
Comply with all policies and procedures.
Preform any additional duties assigned as requested by the manager.
Requirements:
Minimum one year of experience leasing apartments
Excellent sales skills, professional image and ability to provide first-class customer service
Ability to work Saturdays as assigned (we are not currently open on the Saturdays)
Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license and auto insurance
