We are an Extended Stay hotel looking to hire an experienced maintenance man to start immediately. This position is full-time with eligibility for benefits after 90 days. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance request. Those requests can include changing light bulbs, plumbing, caulking, painting, tiling, .heavy lifting, carpentry, furniture assembly and arrangement, TV mounting, and electrical tasks. You will also be assigned any and all other odd jobs that are necessary for the successful upkeep of the property.
Other key duties include:
Ensure the interior and exterior of the hotel is well maintained
Preventative maintenance
Report major repair needs to the General Manager
This job requires but not limited to: bending, sitting, walking,standing, squatting, twisting and lifting up to 50lbs
We are seeking self-motivated, dependable, and customer service focused candidates. Prior hotel and/or apartment experience is a must! Pay is $14 to $16 based upon experience.
Reliable transportation needed/must pass criminal background check
