Job Description
Client Care Representative:Honey Creek Veterinary Hospital is a 4 Doctor small animal practice located in Conyers, Ga since 1987. We are seeking a competent and enthusiastic Client Care Representative to join our highly experienced and friendly team. We are dedicated for the compassionate care for our patients.
Our Services include:- Wellness care- Dentistry- Radiology- In House Laboratory- In House Pharmacy- Online Pharmacy- Surgery- Boarding- Exotics- Parasite Prevention and Control- We are seeking a Veterinary Client Care Representative that shares our continued mission of excellence and warmth
Some of the duties of the CCR, but not limited to:-Greets and interacts with clients in the lobby, via phone, email and Other communication tools.-Creates and schedules appointments using ImproMed PMS.-Provides appropriate medical information reaches the technicians or doctors in a timely manner.-Facilitates conversations with clients without providing medical advice.-Able to perform all required items and tasks with accuracy and speed.-Is approachable and positive toward other staff members.-Promptly addresses all clients concerns and takes action to address them immediately.-Polite and Professional when interacting with clients in-person, on the phone and via email.-Ensures all payments are collected completely and accurately before a client leaves.-Completes all additional CCR tasks as assigned.

Job Types: P/T -> F/T position
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Qualifications
Skills/Qualifications:Prefer 1 year minimum experience as reception/front desk. Must be able to answer/handle multiple phone lines, schedule appointments, greet clients, update records, prepare invoices, collect payments and perform a variety of other related services in a busy environment.
