Description Receive all shipments, verify contents, inspect for damages and relocate to designated area Notify Procurement Specialist of damages, shortages or overages of vendor shipments Forward supporting documentation to Inventory Control Specialist Confer with the Production Department to coordinate production orders Pick, pack and issue delivery notes for all orders Arrange shipments with carriers Coordinate returns of damaged items/goods to customers or vendors including data entry, preparation and shipment Assist other departments with shipping needs and respond to shipping related questions Generate Bills of Lading for freight shipments and input into SAP B1 Forward pick lists and delivery notes to Logistics and Import Specialist for processing Assist Project Managers and interact with freight forwarders to coordinate freight shipments if requested Organize component shelves to ensure Warehouse is clean and safe Assist purchasing specialist with administrative tasks when required Assist Production Department with the supply of components to be installed All other duties as requestedRequirementsInventory, Inventory Analysis, Inventory Reconciliation, Shipping & ReceivingAccountemps matches highly skilled professionals with accounting finance jobs at the best companies on a temporary and temporary-to-hire basis.
