Electrician Helper - Commercial/New ConstructionHERS is recruiting an Electrician Helper with some experience to immediately join our team for a job in Crisp County/Cordele, Georgia. The Electrician Helper assists electricians by performing tasks under the direct supervision of an electrician actually installing the work and handling the bulk of the materials. The helper will assist the electrician to install electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment. Preference will be given to those with experience in commercial construction. Description:HERS is looking for a full-time electrician helper to deliver the highest quality, positive timely experience for the customer. The successful candidate should be a team player that can take initiative and adapt to changes quickly. We need a hardworking, and dependable, experienced, trustworthy, professional electrician that takes pride in their work. This full-time position offers $12 - $16 per hour in pay based on experience. The company does have transportation to the job site from Valdosta and Thomasville. Candidate must have their own tools (see tool list below). While on the jobsite you will be expected to wear your hard hat, work boots, and 100% cotton sleeved shirts and long pants.Responsibilities:Assist in assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools;Place and bend conduit (pipes or tubing) inside designated partitions, walls, or other concealed areas, and pull insulated wires or cables through the conduit to complete circuits between boxes;Measure, cut, bend, thread, and install electrical conduit;Load, transport and unload materials, tools, equipment and supplies;Maintain tools and equipment;Follow designated job specifications;Clean up job site daily;Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner;Follow company's procedures and protocols;Cooperate with a team and share information across the organization; andPractice and comprehend safe work procedures.Required Tool List:9" Side Cutter Pliers;Channel-lock Pliers;Hack Saw;Hammer;20' Tape Measure;Wire Stripper;Large Flat Tip Screwdriver;Small Flat Tip Screwdriver;Phillips Tip Screwdrivers; andBattery Drill.Requirements:Driver's License and personal, reliable transportation;Must be comfortable with heights, as well as confined spaces;Ability to accurately bend conduit up to 1/2" through 1"; andAbility to pass drug and background screening.If you are qualified, please email your resume to kgallagher@her-solutions.com.Hyrian Elite Recruitment Solutions, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and promotes a Drug Free Workplace.
