Job Description
LPN / Positions- Part-Time Shift!
1st shifts are available 8am-8pm. Days that are available Monday-Friday! You don't have to work all five. Conduct a face-to-face evaluation of individuals daily. Administer medications and provide treatments according to physicians orders. Communicate with the physicians, pharmacies, hospitals, labs, or other agencies when necessary. Escort individuals to all scheduled appointments and outings. Duties also includes providing oversight of the PSA tasks and offer assistance as needed. Light housekeeping and cooking.
Qualifications
Licensed LPN with 1 years of experience necessary working with the elderly or individuals with developmental disabilities. Leadership skills a must!

Basic Job Requirements Applicants must submit to a criminal background check before a an offer is extended (Employer Paid). Other basic job requirements are as follows:- Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check
- Tuberculosis Screening Test Results

- First-Aid
- CPR
- 1 year experience with developmentally disabled
- Clean motor vehicle report,
