Sba Workout and Liquidation Specialist

Job Summary:Responsible for the effective management of a loan portfolio of defaulted commercial/SBA relationships. Ensures the implementation of a timely workout, repossession or legal action required to secure the Bank's collateral and reduce risk of loss. Ensures policies, procedures, and oversight of the SBA loan portfolio is adhered to in accordance with the standard operating procedures provided by the SBA. Prepares and presents asset status reports for the SBA, senior management and other areas as required. Assists State and Federal bank examiners, internal auditors and external loan review auditors on a periodic basis.
