RollUp Operator - 2nd Shift

Job TitleRollUp Operator - 2nd ShiftPosition OverviewHours for this 2nd Shift are as follows.Monday - Thursday 5:00 PM - 5:00 AMResponsibilities:Considering job knowledge, job environment, effort, ma nipulative skill, judgment, safety knowledge, and responsibility):Operate the roll-up head.Cut out all seams and any defects as inspection directs.Indicate the proper roll length on computer screen.Keep cores for carpet rolls in machine at sufficient inventory levels.Operate and maintain strapping material and strapper.Operate inspection equipment as needed.Determine if rolls need to be strapped.Review the comments section on the AMRS screen before making the cut.The cut should be made through the white label when used to identify the location on a defect.Must be able to read and write to Alcon footage tracking log.Housekeeping.Ability to operate inspection equipment as needed.Work Shift8 hour, evening shiftOur Nation’s veterans bring an extraordinary array of skills and training to any position.
