Job Purpose and Scope:This position will report to the Director of Business Analytics, Planning & Quality Control and is responsible for ensuring that Indirect Lending Division (ILD) systems are functioning properly and compliantly. These systems include, but are not limited to, Loan Origination Software (LOS), and all other ILD related systems. The position will also assist with the publication of reports. Basic understanding and operating usage of an Object Model. Intermediate to advanced knowledge creating and working with formulas, including but not limited to, date and time, logical and math functions, comparison, logical math and text operators, as well as a working knowledge of an Object Model and a working knowledge of JavaScript Comparison and Logical Operators. Additional working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, as well as Basic User Interface (UI) Concept. Essential Job Functions:Ensures the LOS is operating efficiently and compliantly Performs routine updates to the LOS to maintain system accuracy and enhance processes (i.e. user account setup, maintenance, writing new rules, etc.)Collects, organizes, distributes, and reports new tasks and issues to Senior ManagementOversees all other technology systems used by ILD Acts as a Liaison with IT and other internal partners Communicates all system updates to ILD teamConducts training with new employees on the LOS Conducts additional training as needed for all ILD employeesCommunicates with external vendors and new technology vendorsProvides system support for regulatory inquiries/changesEscalates risk issues as they arisePerforms other related responsibilities as required or assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Excellent computer skillsExcellent organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-taskAbility to work under general supervisionAbility to work well under pressure and with deadlinesIn-depth knowledge of Lending technology systemsIn-depth knowledge of Regulatory Lending guidelines Must be proficient with Excel, including vLookup and Pivot TablesStrong analytical and communication skillsEquipment Used in Job Performance/Working Environment:Computer, Laptop, and TabletTelephonePhotocopy/Scanning MachineWork in a collaborative team environmentMajor Job Demands (Physical/Mental):Managing multiple prioritiesConsistent attention to detailBasic Qualifications:Three plus (3+) years of work experience in the financial services industryBachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred Two to three (2-3) years of Project Management work experience preferredTwo to three (2-3) years of Programming/Coding work experience preferred
