- Understanding the organization's business needs and identifying how best to meet those needs through JD Edwards and its related applications
- Providing support to JDE and its related applications across multiple modules including, but not limited to, Accounting, Finance, Inventory, Sales & Marketing, Logistics and Master Data
- Engaging in JDE enhancements and being responsible for requirement definition, design, configuration, testing and documentation to ensure best practice are followed and business value is delivered in accordance to the objectives
- Participating in analyzing, validating and documenting the business and system requirements acting as a key liaison/engagement role between the global business and IT support functions
- Providing support for ongoing day-to-day operational needs (maintenance, fixes, enhancements, releases and small change requests), performing data analysis and potentially project work
- 5+ years of analyst experience
- Experience with JD Edwards (experience with Version 7.333 is a plus)
- Extensive experience Root cause analysis
- Ability to take documentation, read understand, and translate it into how the system works
- Ability to take work direction and translate into action
