We offer a centralized, single point of contact which creates efficiency throughout our process and reduces operating costs for everyone involved.About the Residential Real Estate Closer RoleAs the Residential Real Estate Closer, you are accountable forcreating a great customer service experience to both clients and team members during the escrow process. You’ll work cross-functionally with ateam to rapidly build better process, tools, and metricsas we expand across the nation.What You Get to Do:
Prepare the settlement statements, closing disclosures, balancing files, receipt and disbursement of funds, setting up wires, check writing, and documents preparation and delivery
Work closely with the support teams to ensure each transaction is set up for a successful closing
Support the purchase or sale of hundreds of homes monthly, working closely with customers and agents on both sides of the transaction to deliver a seamless closing experience
Build relationships with clients while guiding them through the escrow process
What You Have and More!What You Have:
High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Minimum of 2+ years as a residential real estate closer
Knowledge of real estate procedures and documents with the ability to analyze and evaluate documents as they relate to closing is a must
Software experience in ResWare, but will consider experience in SoftPro, LandTech, RamQuest, or other similar systems
Obsession with customer service and continually elevating customer experience standards through promptness, politeness, professionalism, and personalization
Experience working cross functionality to push projects over the finish line
Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills
Self-motivated, have a phenomenal work ethic and looking for the right company to support your growth
