JOB DESCRIPTION As the

Digital Twin Engineering Lead in the MRDE team. You will own the GHD Digital Twin MRDE business and projects to leverage your deep experience across Digital Twin technologies, Mixed Reality, Smart Visualization, Digital Engineering and BIM. Pivotal to this will be to develop positive relationships with new and existing clients (both external and across GHD), develop a market leading team of resources in the region, and lead the development, implementation and delivery of quality MRDE services for our clients. Experience with Architecture, Engineering and Construction will be a prerequisite for this role. The role can be based in any

US GHD Hub offices.

In this diverse role you will:
  • Help Establish a market presence and build brand awareness for GHD's Digital Twin and MRDE capabilities.
  • Understand the strategic Digital Twin and MRDE landscape and develop positioning for GHD Digital Twin offerings.
  • Engage with and help clients understand how Visualization, digital engineering, BIM and digital twins can benefits them.
  • Develop and lead related business development strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver MRDE solutions based on client needs and commercial potential.
  • Assist with integration of Visualization/DE/BIM with for Digital Twins , Asset Management and Operations, eg beyond project delivery life cycle.
  • Contribute towards the achievement of revenue, utilization and productivity targets.
  • Run transformation programs, including pilot projects.

What would you bring to the team?
  • Tertiary qualified in Digital Twin technologies, Engineering, Architecture, Engineering and Construction, Information, Computer Science or similar with sound experience in digital engineering (BIM) at the implementation phase
  • An expert understanding of smart visualization, digital twins, digital communications and engagement.
  • Experience in working with a diverse partner group and the integration of technologies from design to completion and asset operations/maintenance.
  • Track record in cultivating relationships and delivery.
