Summer 2026 Internship - May 26 - August 14Must be currently enrolled full time in a university degree program pursing a bachelor or master degree.  Must not have graduated before September 2026We are only considering local talent.Hybrid role!Seeking a Mixed Signal IC Product Definition Intern to assist the Renesas Memory Interface architecture team in its work creating specifications for cutting edge mixed-signal integrated circuits.Duties/ResponsibilitiesWork under the guidance of a mentor with a team of engineers and technical writers. This team develops specifications for IC devices for future DDR and LPDDR memory modules which will power the most high-performance, high-capacity servers and workstations.Tasks will include reviewing draft specifications from standards organizations like JEDEC, prooing internal specifications, and analyzing them for editorial or functional issues.
