Responsibilities

Digital Experience Team is looking for its newest team member to create and modernize small business web applications.

This creative team is passionate about differentiating the digital experience throughout the entire customer journey. Improving the online experience by developing user interfaces (UI) for web pages or single page applications leads to greater customer and State Farm agent engagement.

Core responsibilities are as follows:
  • Code, test, and deliver new functionality and code fixes
  • Participate in code/merge request reviews
  • Monitor and support the tools owned by the team
  • May take on several stories simultaneously or focus on a single complex story
  • Work closely with the product owner to stay aligned to the vision and understand changing priorities

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • JavaScript, Java
  • CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab, Jenkins, etc.
  • Front-end Frameworks (React, Angular etc.)
  • Ability to trouble shoot and resolve accessibility defects
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, equivalent studies or work experience
