This Desktop Support Analyst role is a short-term contract opportunity based in Dunwoody, GA.Please send your resume to Jonas Berrios at Jonas.berrios@rht.com!Your responsibilities Curate records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities Fix computer problems, and recommend appropriate action/solutions Coordinate hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors Provide computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures Be in contact regularly and effectively with ticket submitters Maintain, analyze, and fix computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals Administer support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problemsRequirementsRequirements 3+ years of desktop support or other related experience Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 Command of Microsoft Office 365 Microsoft SCCM experience preferred Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writingIf this sounds like a good fit, apply today!
